Herbs Purchase Policy:
- All sales of raw herbs and granule herbs are considered final. Refunds will not be issued after the products have been sold.
Appointment Management Policy:
- Cancellation of appointments within 5 hours or failure to attend scheduled appointments will result in a charge of $50.00. This fee is applicable to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system.
We have EFTPOS, Credit Card, and HICAPS terminal to ensure the prompt processing of claims and payments for all private health funds rebate, including BUPA, Medibank Private, HCF, AHM, etc.
